What is Total Rewards Live?
Total Rewards Live is the premier gathering for compensation and benefits executives from innovative tech organizations, now in its second year in 2025. This immersive one-day summit hosted by Pave delivers cutting-edge content from industry specialists, presents data-driven market insights, facilitates valuable connections among fellow professionals, and equips participants with strategic knowledge to confidently approach the upcoming compensation cycle.
Will the event take place virtually or in-person?
Total Rewards Live is an exclusively in-person experience. A core objective of this summit is to foster meaningful professional relationships within the community of compensation and benefits leaders, and we believe this is best achieved face-to-face.
Who can attend Total Rewards Live?
Participants include compensation and benefits leaders (Managers, Directors, Heads of and Vice Presidents) representing forward-thinking technology enterprises and prominent compensation consulting practices.
Can additional team members participate?
If colleagues express interest in joining but haven't received a direct invitation from Pave, please forward their information to events@pave.com for consideration.
What's the appropriate attire for Total Rewards Live?
We recommend business casual—whatever makes you comfortable and confident.
Are storage options available for belongings?
Yes, attendees can utilize a professionally staffed coat and bag check at the venue. This service operates throughout the event, from 7:45 AM - 6:00 PM on September 9 and 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM on September 10.
Can you accommodate dietary preferences?
Yes, attendees can specify any dietary needs during the registration process. Our culinary team will ensure appropriate meal options based on this information. If you need to update your preferences, please contact events@pave.com by August 31, 2025.
Where will Total Rewards Live 2025 take place?
The summit will be hosted at Convene, situated at 100 Stockton Street, San Francisco, CA 94108 (between Grant Avenue and Powell Street). Please note that attendees should enter via the 40 O'Farrell Street entrance.
What transit options are available?
The venue is close to many public transportation connections and sits within a brief 10-minute stroll from our partner hotels. We strongly recommend utilizing public transit, as parking availability is constrained and expensive in this district.
